ASU Prep Student ID Card

Ordering instructions: 

1. Enter your first and last name as you'd like it to appear on the ID card.

2. Enter your 6 digit student ID number that can be found in your Infinite Campus Homepage.

3. Select the school year for your ID card.

4. Select your graduation year.

5. Upload a photo of your face that contains no hats, masks, sunglasses, costumes or filters. Your photo will not be edited and will be used as is. All uploads are subject to review. Students whose photos are not in compliance will be asked to resubmit.

6. If you qualify for Free and/or Reduced Lunch (FRL), check the “YES, I QUALIFY” box. If your school determines that you do not qualify for Free and/or Reduced Lunch or you have not submitted a Free and/or Reduced Lunch application, your request will be denied and you will be responsible for payment.

7. Click "Add to Cart" button and proceed to checkout.

8. A standard shipping fee $0.55/per card will be added at checkout. 

Your order will be forwarded to your school for review. After school approval your card will be processed and mailed to you and will arrive within 7-10 business days. If your card is not approved or your FRL request is denied, you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions regarding the status of your card, please contact your school directly.
