K12 Student ID Card

Ordering instructions: 

1. Select your school from the list. A sample of the school's card will be displayed.

2. Enter your full name as you'd like it to appear on the ID card.

3. Enter your student number or 10-digit phone number as prompted. Your school has selected which value you should enter here.

4. Select the grade level for your ID card. Grade level will be reviewed and validated by the school prior to the ID card being approved.

5. Select the school year for your ID card.

6. Upload the photo for your ID card. Your photo will not be edited and will be used as is.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using a cropped photo that shows the head only. Please see an example photo below. Photos will appear on the card as they are sent with no editing, so please ensure the photo is as you want it to appear on the ID card.

7. If the option is available and you would like to apply for Free and Reduced Lunch (FRL), check the “Request FRL” option.

8. If prompted, enter your date of birth. Whether this data is required is determined by your school.

9. Click "Add to Cart" button and proceed to checkout.

10. A standard shipping fee $0.73/per card will be added at checkout. 

Your order will be forwarded to your school for review. After school approval your card will be processed and mailed to you and will arrive within 7-10 business days. If your card is not approved or your FRL request is denied, you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions regarding the status of your card, please contact your school directly.

    This is my daughter second year at k12 she is in kindergarten and for her to feel like she is a community public school I purchase a school ID I felt so heart warmed and loved. That CAVA K12 makes students and parents feel right at home/ school, that her school ID is so cute adorable and worth having. I’m a driver truck driver over the road. And as someone who has been stopped at check point/ weigh station to verify my daughter is my child. This school ID CAME ABOVE AND BEYOND. Not only do you get to customize your picture background and child to you liking, you get it worth your while. It’s everything I can ask for and not only afford cause it’s FREE. It just goes to show how CAVA K12 is worth understanding of parent and guardians are of this program. Honestly I couldn’t be more HAPPIER with what CAVA K12 has done for me and my child. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
